In a soft
yellow and delicate floral pattern, the Berkshire is the
coziest of the Main House rooms. The creamy white
wrought iron headboard is reminiscent of the Locke
daughters’ beds originally in this room. Look in the
armoire for their name tags. The fireplace corner with
Delia Locke’s charming rocking chair provides views of
the bluff gardens and trees.
Its ensuite bathroom in
yellows and greens has a shower for two and great views
also.
Amenities
include fireplaces, telephones with free local calls, cd/radios,
ceiling fans, air conditioning, robes, hair dryers and
deluxe toiletries. Free wi-fi and guest computer,
Satellite television in front parlor. Iron and ironing
board available.
